How do I get my badge after training?
Send a text to us at 903-441-6380. In the text include a photo (head shot), your name and your company name. We will match the name and photo to your training completion, print your badge and text you a photo of your badge with badge pickup information. Badges are usually printed within 24 hrs of text receipt. If text does not work for you, you can email your photo to us at: [email protected]

What type of photo should I text for my badge?
You can send any good quality photo that has good lighting and is clear. Photos with hats, other head coverings or sunglasses will not be accepted. The photo needs to be a closeup head shot that has at least 6 inches of clear space on each side of the head and at least two inches of clear space above the head. DO NOT send photos with light sources such as windows and lights behind the individual being photographed. DO NOT send photos with people, objects or the following colors in the background: Yellow, Red, Black or Dark colors. DO NOT send photos that have been altered with filters that change the shape or appearance of the face. The best background is a light-colored wall such as light gray, white, light tan or light blue.

Do I need to purchase more than one class per year?
NO, after completing the course for your primary work area (i.e. Dallas, Texas), send us a text or email request for a free coupon for your other work location (i.e. Lehi, Utah). Note: classes must occur within 4 months of each other to qualify for the free coupon. Text to 903-441-6380, or email to [email protected]

Can I get a badge reprint if I loose my badge or change companies?
YES, just text us at 903-441-6380 with your name and request. Your Safety badge remains active for a period of one year from the course completion date, so you do not have to retake the class until it expires. A $5.00 badge reprint fee may apply.

How can I pay for multiple employees to take the class on the same credit card or PayPal system?
Each employee must have their own account so we can track course completions for the client and for your company. You can set-up multiple accounts on the same card or on PayPal by creating a unique account (name, email & password) for each person. Once their account is set-up they are good for upcoming years as long as the card data is updated before it expires.

Where do I pick my safety badge up at?
Supplier Safety badges will be dropped off at the TI North Campus badge office or the TI RFAB1 Badge Office for distribution 2-3 days per week (usually Mon-Wed-Fri). You can tell us where you want your badge dropped when you register for the class. However, it is highly recommended that you check with your company Supervisor before going to pick up your badge because other items must also be complete (Security Background check and TI Sponsor approval). If these items are not complete, the Badge Office may turn you away with no badge in-hand.

What should be in place before I go to the TI Badge Office?
The following three items need to be provided to the TI Badge Office before you arrive for badging: 1) your Supplier ESH Orientation completion data (sent to the badge office by us at 10pm, daily), 2) a copy of your security background check (not associated with us), and 3) your TI Sponsor system approval (also not associated with us). If any of these three items are missing, you may be turned away without a badge and it could be a wasted trip for you. It's a good idea to call the badge office first to verify they have what they need from your company.
