If you purchase BCG's products and services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction.

Fulfillment Policy
When you purchase a BCG course, the course is available for you to complete at your own pace. Your course purchase does not expire until the course is fully completed. Course certificates are available upon the completion of each course. Course certificates are valid for no less than one year and may be valid for longer time frames depending upon the course taken and the client established expectations. For example, some clients require annual Safety Orientation classes, other clients require Safety Orientations every three years.
Course Refunds
All course sales are final. However, in cases where a user has paid for the wrong class or inadvertently paid for the same class twice, BCG will refund the incorrect or duplicate payment. To receive a refund send us an email requesting a refund to [email protected] or text to 903-441-6380.
Children Under Thirteen
BCG does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this website.
